Join us on February 13 for a special seminar featuring Ignacio M. Sánchez Prado’s acclaimed book The Taco. The conversation will be moderated by the director of The Culinary Diplomacy Project and will bring Sánchez Prado into dialogue with Chef Victor Albisu, founder of Taco Bamba. Together, they will explore how food shapes identity, hybridity, and cultural politics.
And yes—tacos will be served.
