Please join us for the Spring 2018 FolioFest on May 2, 2018 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM in the Language Commons (298 New Cabell Hall).  You are invited to come and see the ePortfolios created by students at UVa, to talk to them about their experience, and to listen to a panel discussion and Q&A by instructors who use ePortfolios in their teaching. There will be refreshments and door prizes!

This Saturday, April 21, from 10-2 pm, please join the UVa Health System's Latino Health Initiative and local non-profit Sin Barreras for the Feria de la Salud y el Bienestar. This event is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Church of the Incarnation (1465 Incarnation Drive, Charlottesville).

Professor Alicia López Operé will lead short meditations and collaborate with a yoga instructor to offer a bilingual class. Other classes include zumba and therapeutic massage.

Please join us for the We Are Here Diversity Festival, a UVA-sponsored initiative which aims to bring the UVA and Charlottesville communities together to create dialogues about diversity through the arts.

The festival will take place on April 14 from 10 am to 3 pm in IX Art Park, and it will feature local artists, performing groups, and non-profit organizations and a variety of activities to raise awareness and engagement about challenges faced by local minority groups.
