Talk by Mauricio Acuña, "Afro-Latin American Arts at the Global Stage of Négritude: Dakar, 1966"

Please join the Indigenous Studies IDF for our last brownbag of the semester, and a celebration for the PhD students who are finishing their first semester. We'll begin with a talk by Rising Scholar postdoctoral fellow Mauricio Acuña (SIP and Global Studies), "Afro-Latin American Arts at the Global Stage of Négritude: Dakar, 1966." Then, we'll open some wine and toast to the end of the semester. Feel free to eat indoors or outside, as your comfort level indicates. Zoom link available for folx who can't make it in person.
