Spring 2018 FolioFest: Panel discussion including Emily Scida and Matthew Street

Please join us for the Spring 2018 FolioFest on May 2, 2018 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM in the Language Commons (298 New Cabell Hall).  You are invited to come and see the ePortfolios created by students at UVa, to talk to them about their experience, and to listen to a panel discussion and Q&A by instructors who use ePortfolios in their teaching. There will be refreshments and door prizes!

Program:

1. 2:00 - 2:30 – Refreshments and conversations with students at individual ePortfolio stations.
2. 2:30 - 3:00 – Introduction of the ePPC program, New Digication, and recognition of outstanding ePortfolios.
3. 3:00 – 3:30 – Panel discussion: Emily Scida (Spanish), Karen James (French), Matthew Street (Spanish), Elizabeth Hall (French), Jen Martin (Chemistry), Paige Hornsby (Public Health Sciences)
4. 3:30 – 4:00 – Q&A and door prizes
