Please join us in congratulating Aldo Barriente, the 7th student in UVA history to receive the Beinecke Scholarship. This scholarship will allow Aldo, a 3rd year student double majoring in computer science and linguistics, who has completed the 4-course sequence in Maya K'iche', to pursue graduate study in the emerging field of Indigenous Digital Humanities.
